Life Coach Martin Carasco
Mission: To Be A Better Version of Yourself

Taking you from where you are now - to where you want to be...

Dear Friend

Life is filled with unexpected and unintended actions and consequences. But this isn't one of them. You visit a site like this when you have the feeling that things in your life aren't quite right or could be better. You visit a Life Coaching site when you are ready for change. When you realize that if your life keeps going along just as it has been so far, you may stop one day and look back and think, "I wasted my time" or "I missed an opportunity" or simply, "I wish I had accomplished much more."

As time goes by you will stop and reflect on your accomplishments. You will measure what you've done against your ambitions. You will question whether you've lived up to your potential. Those moments will come whether you want them to or not.

You are reading this now, and you can only do this in the now, because some part of your brain - the very importanat part that watches out for you - has decided that you want to do and be more. That you deserve to have more and that you are fully capable of doing what it takes to get more.

I was once where you are now with one main difference. I was dispensing information and informal guidance on health, wealth and happiness and found that I had a knack for it and I really enjoyed doing that. And the results were fantastic. I was genuinely helping. Along the way, as I sharpened my saw, to borrow a phrase from Stephen Covey's '7 Habits of Highly Effective People,' I was introduced to the work of Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj.

Dr. Batmanghelidj brought to light the greatest tragedy in medical history. The fact that medical professionals have not understood the human body's variety of calls for water. They have traditionally resorted to using chemicals and "procedures" to deal with chronic dehydration of the body. To add insult to injury, literally, the mainstream medical community still prefers to adhere to business as usual and ignores the good news. Fundamentally, this basic ignorance of the manifestations of the water needs of the human body is the primary reason for the high cost (in financial and human terms) of health care in our society.
